I give up on cutting. I'm too lazy and a fat hungry bum to cut. I'm going on a straight bulk until May... then I guess I'll snip a bit.

Yeah, I figured 'fvck it' ... I'll stay big during whatever I have left of college, and just maintain my running distances/times.

The first couple of pics on the beach was around the time I was finishing high school. The one where I'm sitting down was at the end of my freshman yr in college, so around 19-20 iirc
What did your diet look like? I may post my picture later.

In the gym starting Monday. This will be my first membership since I got divorced in 2001. I've put on an easy 35 pounds in the last ten years, and I'm never been this fat/unhealthy. I'm using the last hole in all my belts.

I didn't know how bad I look until our beach trip 2 weeks ago. Seeing myself in the mirror in board shorts was an eye opener. "Who's the fat bastard?"

I'm probably bumping 230 at this point. Sucks getting old.

Thanks, but I hope I won't need it. I had really good results the last time I worked out. The hard part will be sticking to a healthy diet. Eating was my only hobby this summer.
