I'm starting my cut this week so I'll get more definition soon.

Focus on using the inner part of the chest when you're doing flies.
My friend has a similar chest... I think its just a combination of genetics and low body fat. Presses, flys, and crossovers will get you mass and definition in the chest... but not everyone's will look the same.

Completely right about close grip bench, that works the tri's more than anything. Wide grip for lower chest.

Nope I still have my bulk fluff. Was at the upper end of maintenance caloric amount per day for a whileeeeeeeee. (AKA pretty much bulking)

I'm gonna start cutting next week when flag football intramurals start. Taking this last week lightly to get my body to fully recover and be ready to get shredded. I need to get rid of some body fat - can't wait!

NO idea what the fuuck cutting, bulking, maintenance is in the fitness world, but seeing BimmerChop is definitely motivation to me.

I haven't been happy with my body for the past 2 or 3 years since I stopped soccer. Never been bulky or muscular. Just lean and strong/fast.
I think I want a lot more definition now and some size.

Thanks for posting guys.

Jealous of your guys' heights. Good height to build muscle on. I'm already short and putting on too much mass will just make me look even shorter lol. I've put on a bit of mass but no real definition. Probably the result of eating rather than lifting lol.
