sounds good man. Do you have a recipe you use or is it exactly what you posted earlier?

Double decker: Soft taco shell spread with refried beans, and topped with cheddar jack and sharp cheddar which was then melted under the broiler. Wrapped that around a hard taco filled with the taco meat, diced tomato, lettuce and topped with a red chile crema.

Oh hell yea, pan frying in those things is the best. I'll be doing pan fried chicken this winter. I'm not really paying attention to presentation or anything as you know, just making food that kicks as$.

ya i'm going to start that kind of mentality... i spend (sometimes) so much time plating, it makes me mad that my friends don't pay me lol.... plating for party of 2, sure

on the fried chicken too... i need a nice corn flake recipe. i just went to hattie's in saratoga springs over the weekend, and one of the pieces i had was very VERY obvious that they used a corn flake breading

picked up a couple bottle of their hot sauce and have my barely used boning knife ready to go... just need to get some shortening and some killer mashed potatoes
