Power hood rear interior panels for sliding tabs

Hi to all,

Plaease help, the wires inside the hood sliced in half but as I was pulling the hood out the rear panels in the interior that have the sliding tabs have broken on both sides and I can't find the replacements in grey. Please please help.

My guess is tabs for the sunroof shade..... ...
