Russo, I'm making this sauce tomorrow I think. How much does it make? Making for two and hoping for leftovers. i'm assuming we will have plenty.

yea you'll definitely have enough for leftovers... 2 cans (figure 3 including the water you put in) would be good for at least 2 lbs of pasta, you might be able to swing 3 too.

keep this ratio

1 can : 1/2 package of sweet italian sauage (3 links) : 1 stick of pepperoni : 1/2 can water to get the remainder of the tomatoes out

if you are feeling like a chef, make some meatballs as well, i made a thread about it, let me go get the link

Well, I got bored last night, had a bunch of leftover stuff in the fridge and just wanted finger food... First three are made with almost the same things, just varying amounts so that the flavors are different.

Pressed, stuffed mini burritos with a side of queso and salsa:



Grilled white corn taquitos:



Mini quesadillas:



Balsamic cherry tomato bruschetta with fresh mozzerella on top of a garlic bread crostini:
