Russo, I'm making this sauce tomorrow I think. How much does it make? Making for two and hoping for leftovers. i'm assuming we will have plenty.

yea you'll definitely have enough for leftovers... 2 cans (figure 3 including the water you put in) would be good for at least 2 lbs of pasta, you might be able to swing 3 too.
keep this ratio 1 can : 1/2 package of sweet italian sauage (3 links) : 1 stick of pepperoni : 1/2 can water to get the remainder of the tomatoes out if you are feeling like a chef, make some meatballs as well, i made a thread about it, let me go get the link Last edited by SurreyF1; 09-16-2011 at 10:02 AM. |

Well, I got bored last night, had a bunch of leftover stuff in the fridge and just wanted finger food... First three are made with almost the same things, just varying amounts so that the flavors are different.
