I'm doing this over the winter, still talking with the place to have them make me a piece that would tie in the front two points as well.

the first two pics are of my headers on the S54. do you think i should replace them? its a small dent, no puncutre though..

the next few pics just more progresss and the last one is how i had the jack in there, actually worked better than i thought. also got the steering column out today. all thats left on the tear down is cisconnect everything from the motor and pull out the motor and trans

yea, in retrospect, MITE46 made the job way difficult for himself marrying the two cars - JeppeJ made it an overall easier job

Although I wonder if he ever got his rear windows to work?

Haha, I'm almost positive jeppej's sedan does not have power windows. That is part of the reason he didn't worrie about that issue.

What I'm planning on doing is using the body harness from the sedan and the engine harness from the M3. Although I'm not exzactly sure if this will work or how it will work, if someone has more info on this please let me know.

Anyone have any advise on what to do with that dented header? Will it effect anything or should I just leave it as is?

forgot to mention i got the stering column out a couple days ago (and big surpise its for sale now), the interior is completly empty now with the exception of the heater core and wires.

I also got some misc. things dissconnected form the engine, almost ready to tear it out. hopefullly it will be out thursday. im busy today but will try to get evertying disconnected tom. and get a crane over there thrusday to pull the motor/trans

a pic of my friends scrambler, we just put a new tranny in it yesterday its ready for more wheelies! (no jokes, has had 4 driveshafts and 3 trannys in 12k miles.)

go phillies (notice the reflection of the licence plate on the driveway, and the dog had to run infront of me as i tried to snap a pic but i think it added to it...)

i have clear corners, clear sides, and depo headlights w/ ccfl AE. plan on getting clear led tails to finish off the exterior lighting. all the other mods i had will no longer be on the car after the swap....

i will own my car forever now and plan on modding it a bit more...

i would love to have a WB like yours (plan on doing it sometime after my swap and getting fat wheels to match). I also plan on putting an indash touchscreen comp like mite46's but not as insane, lol. i want mine to look clean and just take up the normal double din space. also planning on puting camera's on mine like mite did. there are much better products out now than there were when he did it and at a reasonable price. (my dad works for bosch security systems and knows his stuff about cameras so this will be the easy part)

also forgot to mention im thinking of doing a full custom interior my mom is a seemstress and will be able to help me out. im just trying to figure out what materials i want to use and the most important what color to use... also want to paint my engine bay LSB and my exterior AW. so if i do that the interior will match. although i wont be painting the exterior until after i weld on the WB
