They're the same exact size all gyms have. Maybe the pic makes it look small. You can see the other one on the squat rack

Not quite yet at least. More like 1/2 or so.

Do you have a good spread sheet to record my progress?

I want something simple with just workouts and working sets and have it project out a lot of weeks. The ones I see are filled with a bunch of stuff I don't really need.
