i think your asking to much for a salvage title (if its a complete salvage title)

due to its salvage title the car should be worth around 15k to 17k in my opinion. But because its got pretty low miles, that does help the price a lot. 18k wouldn't be a bad deal if everything checks out ok, like the paint job, etc.
