No man, I was being serious. Every time I click on a thread of some clown shooting up a post office, or hair saloon, or {insert random public place here}, I automatically think it's going to be some spineless white male that couldn't deal with life {like the rest of us}. I like that plan and you are absolutely right. I wonder what the root cause of these things are...because you really can predict "who" did these things just by hearing the story (white guy shooting public places and molesting kids, black women in public, etc). It's obviously not genetic, so I have to assume its "nurture".

I can't really call it either. I'd assume its a number of factors, from not really learning how to "deal with it", to not having an ounce of home training and feeling "entitled" to something. A huge factor I've notice with the younger generation is they feel they have earned some sort of "respect". Jumping over a counter and assaulting a convicted felon because he had to "do his job" is about as ignorant as some of the comments in this thread. I really wish Tim would clean up some of the racism on this site... we're all here to enjoy this community, the racism thing is getting old and un-called for!

So I've watched this video a few times now, I say the employee Is 100% justified with every hit he gave the attackers. You simply need to immobilize the bad guys.

If someone kicks your front door in at 4am, and starts coming at you & your family, you shoot to kill them. NO training says shoot them in the leg, so a moment later while your dialing the police they can pull out their weapon and kill you.

It pisses me off to think the employee got charged, the bad guys got what was coming to them.

haha he shot him in the head, then after he was down and out, he shot him 5 more times. thats kinda ****ed up. i can understand how the charge was brought up.

The law allows you to use deadly force to stop a threat, not kill someone. Sometimes, a side effect in the use of deadly force causes death, but not always.

Something I heard from a police detective... He said you have every right to kill someone if they come into your home and you "fear for your life", and that you should not just wound them because they may come back and sue you afterward. I've heard about stories like this. I would think that if I'm going as far as to SHOOT someone, it had better count.

I've watched too many terrible horror movies, if someone comes in my house and I'm scared for my life, I'm double tapping in the head. Period
