My Ride: 2004 330i ZHP
I used nearly all of the above with short term or zero results. Went to the dealer and paid $20.00 for a can of hinge only lube from Germany. Red can, dont recall the name. I can look when I get home. It's kind of a spray that turns into a clear coating when it drys. Cleaned hinge with brake clean then let er have it with the lube. Not a sound in months. I have used it for other things around the house but Im guessing the can is a life time supply!
