DSC problem

Ok so dsc and that whole circut bored is messed up. I took it all apart today. I dont think it is a short in the harness because it wont come on no matter what I do to the harness while the car is on. However, if the circut bored comes on when I turn the key then it works the whole time. But if it doesnt come on when I turn the key then it doesnt work for that entire time I am running the car. It comes on sometimes. I have checked all fuses to do with this circut, and they are all fine.
I havent gotten to the ground yet to check it out, which I think might be the problem. But that also doesnt make sense because I'm not messing with it and sometimes it comes on and sometimes it doesnt.
The circut bored itself has some corrosion but it had that the first time I messed with it a long time ago and had no problem out of it until recently. So I dont think that is the problem.
Is there a relay or anyhting for DSC I could check.????

The pics are showing how it works one sec and then the next it doesnt...the board had more corrosion until I wiped it off. The back piece still had alot of the corrosion still on it I didnt wipe it off.
