F/S 2002 BMW 325xi sedan 43k miles mild mods $12k

With some regret, it's time for me to sell the 2002 325xi sedan that's been in my family since Feb 2004. I would keep it if I could, but I'm in the process of buying an E70 X5 to better support both my family and my autocross habit and have no place to keep it.

Car is Grey-Green with a Grey interior, premium package, cold weather package, automatic and 43k miles. Exterior is in decent shape with no damage, but there are a lot of light scratches and rock chips from having sat outside in New England for a few years before I moved to Texas. Interior is clean except for a wear spot caused by my stepdaughter's foot on the seat (I didn't catch her to make her stop until 6 months ago ) and a crack in the driver's side front wood trim that's been there since before owning the car. Clean Carfax and title in hand, was involved in a couple minor accidents that resulted in a dent in the left rear door and a scuffed right front corner, but all damage was fixed years ago.

Mods include:

H&R springs and Bilstein sport shocks (original suspension included in sale)
BMW Performance 330i rotors, new rebuilt calipers, Stoptech Street Performance pads and TMS stainless lines, installed at the end of last December (all original brake components included in sale)
BMW Performance intake (original intake included in sale)
Depo P46 headlights with HIDs and clears all around (have some of the original lights somewhere, I think)
3k HID fogs
17X7.5" BMW/BBS Style 29/RC041 wheels (need refinishing)
225/45-17 Goodyear Eagle F1 A/S tires, about 15k old with plenty of life left
Spare replaced by a Style 68 17" wheel with eagle F1 225/45 tire to clear rotors
Umnitza Preadator Chromium Opaque angel eyes, not installed yet
I also have a complete used MTech I front bumper that needs to be refinished, included also

The good:

43k original miles
Oil change every 5k with M1E or Original BMW oil
Includes enough Redline to do both diffs, transfer case and tranny, with new filter (haven't gotten to it yet)
Runs and drives great
All four window regulators changed within the last two years

The bad:

Aforementioned light scratches on roof, hood and trunk
Sunroof sliding cover off track so it doesn't always close without help
Due to construction right in front of my work, I hit some manhole covers and now the right front LCA/ball joint is making noise
Right rear bulb out warning is sometimes on, probably just a dirty contact

KBB says the Private Party value of my car in "good" condition is $12,700. Asking $12,000 and pretty firm on the price. For sure you could do LCAs for less than $700. I've included some pics with more pics coming, be sure to ask questions since I'm sure I've forgotten something. Clean title in hand, sorry no payments. Hoping to sell to a fellow fanatic, I want my baby to go to a good home!
