WTB: Modded 3 Series

For some reason I cannot edit my last thread.

I've had a few financial obligations which I overlooked until now.
I have 7,500 in cash, so that is my absolute limit.

Looking for a modded 3-Series, not too picky, just MUST be a manual, sorry.

Live in Baltimore, Maryland, but can maybe travel up to 150 miles from here for the right car. Might be a hopeless search, as I've been looking on Craigslist, Autotrader, and Cars.com etc, and no avail.
