ROTA Grid for BMW E46. Help! Offset

Hi,

I would like to ask whether the following wheel will rub the rear fender.

ROTA GRID:
17x9 offset 25 or 35 with 245 tyres.

My E46 is 320i (04 sedan)

Appreciate all replies and recommendations.

It depends on your ride height and the brand of the tire. ET35 will work with 245/40
