Very good chest shape - I'm jealous of that.

Thanks!

I've never been happy with my chest shape though. My chest is very short (ie it takes up a small portion of my torso vertically) while my abs are very tall.

I just moved this weekend and my gym is literally one block over. Time to get back in shape

This is from about 3 months ago, I used to be a state champion powerlifter, at this point I had lost about 30 pounds of pure muscle from my once glory days. Been considering getting back into amazing shape but with work the time and energy are hard to find, although after a bit I know I would get used to work and heavy strength training its just a matter of how much the transition will suck...Click image for larger version

Bump

I'm sitting right around 194 now from 180 in July- nothing worthy of taking pictures yet. some of the transformations in this thread really motivates me to work out harder

Thanks, I went to lifetime for about 3 years... never had any progress because there were so many distractions haha that is a good gym though, it's just always packed

They just opened up a Just fitness right by spring creek & coit. It's got new facilities and there's little to no people working out whenever I go, so it works out pretty well

I was, sorry lol. My knees have been bothering me the past few weeks so I'm waiting on them to be better before I start up my cardio again.
