where does the vacuum line on the pcv connect to?

I've been researching the ccv for a while. My car consumes oil and it's very frustrating/expensive. roughly 1l of oil for i dunno 600-800km?

I've replaced the ccv myself but the pcv I got was the same one as the one that was already on the car. It had a plug where the vacuum line would go. I didn't think much of it since it was the same as the pcv that was already in the car.

I've been doing some more research and some people are saying that if you remove the plug (like the m52) it would bring the oil consumption rate down. anyone have any ideas?
