My Depo's fit like crap. And I tried everything, including removing the headlight assembly, and fitting them in off of the car. I posted something about that, and got dozens of replies about how people had ones that fit great. There are some posts on here about shaving down certain spots to make them fit right, so it is obviously an issue for some people. I am not sure why some seem to fit great, and others are crap. Believe me, I spent hours messing with them. I am not sure why this is, but it is annoying. There must be some sort of issue with earlier models not fitting well, and they made design changes, or they are manufactured in different places, and one of the places has a bad mold. I suppose it is possible that some place in China is making bootleg Depo's, and selling them to some vendors. I am not sure what the root cause is. Maybe you can try a new set, and see if they fit better, if you can find a place with liberal return policies.

seems like the pre facelift have more fit issues. mine are flawless and were like $19 ... (see sig) i just get a new set of clears and sides every couple years to keep things bright. this is one area where i find OE to be a waste which is pretty rare for me. when they are pretty damn good for $20, who cares.

People have been struggling with this for years. Depo corners acutally fit better than my oems ever did. They also use a much thicker and more durable weather strip.

To install correctly you must..

Remove the 2 top bolts of your headlight.
Pull the headlight back just a bit as you push the corner in. You will hear a solid click and that baby will be flush as f*ck
Then push the whole headlight back in a re attach the bolts. Should be golden. Ive had my depo smoked corners for 2 years now and Im very happy with them

Like I said in my post above, been there, done that. The simple fact is, some Depos do not fit correctly. If you go back in some of the older posts, and search for poor fitting Depos, there are a lot of threads. There is lots of advice for trimming them to fit, and other modifications people have tried to make them fit. I am starting to believe that they have either changed their design at some point, and there is still a lot of old stock floating around, or they are manufacturing them in 2 different places, and one of the places has a bad mold or some other flaw, or, there is some Chinese company out there producing bootleg Depos. There seems to be enough people who have fit problems to support one of these theories. So, if you have a good fitting set, then great for you. But don't assume that some people are just not able to install them. Trust me, mine would not fit. I bought another brand, and they popped right in, an the first try, and fit perfectly. So, that pretty much voids the "you are not installing them correctly" theory. Also, I can take my OEM units, and pop them in, in 2 minutes flat. But, thanks for the advice. It may help someone who is struggling to get theirs in.

I recently put in OEM sidemarkers, PERFECT fitment compared to DEPO and the quality is much better too.

I still get confused about this... I am as OCD as they come and I haven't had one issue whatsoever with the quality of the depo products. Granted all i have are tails, sides and corners, but for the facelift sedan all have been essentially the exact same as the OEM ones i took off.

literally i don't think anybody could tell besides somebody who actually knew what DEPO is. and at like $19, i am definitely happy with the result. maybe it is just a pre facelift thing
