Painting signal or corner light. Help!

I'm trying to paint the inside of the corner lights but I'm not sure how to take them apart. I've heard about throwing them in the oven to separate the resin but I'm a bit hesitant. Any suggestions?

it's not going to work like that. you'll have to cut them open yourself and find a way to seal it back up.
