Awesome shot! ^^ I need to post up some of my work when I get my film back after I get home from Cali. I recently picked up a Canon ae-1 with 50mm 1.8 lens, and have been shooting with a Canon EOS a2 and a minolta maxxium 7000i. Film > digital IMO.

0_0 I like the look of that 400! I'll have two rolls of ilford pan f 50, two rolls of fujifilm velvia 50, and a roll of ilford 400 when I get back from my trip as well I just remembered! I can't wait to see what I get from the 400.

How good is real B&W!?

Did you mess with contrast/curves, etc. in Photoshop on these? If not, I'm ordering a brick of Ilford Delta 400 right now

Side note: I'm processing a roll of B&W at my house tonight. Ordered all the goods from Adorama and it should be here today

Yeah, I hope they come out haha. I haven't loaded a reel since college.

Your stuff is looking very nice. Keep it up!

Here's two from my adventures in self-developing.

Everything went pretty smooth, minus getting the roll TMax 400 onto the reel. That was a f@cking nightmare. Probably because it was from 2002, but it kept curling up on me and did not want to get on the reel. I actually dropped it on the ground and was on my hands and knees in the pitch black feeling around for it. I'm surprised it came out at all.

Marshall LaFrance - FS Ollie
TMax 400 (exp. 2002)

Mike Peterson - BS Disaster
TMax 100

I've been using hp5 this entire semester, it's definitely one of my favorites.

These are the only film shots I got when I was in photography 101. Analog photography was the most fun experience ever. In a pitch black closet taking apart the film canister, rollin the film around that cage thing, developing the film, then using the enlarger and making test strips, then washing the paper in the chemicals and watching the photo come to life!!

*sigh*

Hope you guys don't mind me posting my favorites in one post. It's all I got lol

Brass horn

Light at my fingertips

Legends of the Hidden Temple: Vine Room

Boy & water fountain

Church light

Dormroom at night
