I started at 180 last summer- got to 200lb by late november and ever since I've been able to maintain the same weight and getting more lean up until now. I'm 6'3 200lb, not sure about bf%. Been working on my abs more lately, hopefully there will be progress soon... lol

Been bulking through the fall. This is a picture from summer. 188lbs. Second picture is now. Strength numbers went way up (broke some PR's) and I was 208 this morning. height is 6'0. Should start cutting in January. Want to squeeze in another 5 lbs before I start to cut. Angle of the picture doesnt look much different, but put on a good 17-20 lbs this fall and Just wanted to update this thread. pretty happy with staying pretty lean for my 208, imo at least. ideally i want to start the season at 200LBs

My Ride: 2002 330ci
First 2 are 1 year ago, the worst physical condition of my life (3 years into a terrible, physically and emotionally draining relationship, shortly after i suffered a severe shoulder sprain and just prior to a motorcycle accident)

The others are pretty recent, about 5 months back into it again ( i did end up taking off a month in there though)

The one with the red scrape on my stomach is most recent, from last weekend.

Nonetheless, thank you very much! I try my hardest constantly.

About 5 months ago when i started back up, my max bench was 185. My current max I've landed now is 260, but with the further progress I've made recently I'm pretty confident i could hit 270. I don't like to max often though. now I'm working too find the proper balance between endurance cardio and still build powerful quads for a better squat.
