Any cheap reputable Rim repair shop I'n Sydney

Hi guys, 2 of my M3s rims need repairing, I have CSL"s on there, they are the original competition ones I'm pretty sure. 1 is I'n pretty bad condition as it's got a big crack and the other is just outside scraped.

Thanks for any info !

If they are original CSL wheels then you cant repair a crack as they are forged.

Sorry I have options in Melbourne but not in Sydney for the other ones

As BobZ said if cracked you are scewed. if gutter rash you can use this guy.
This guy did mine and he is great, he will come to you.
His Name is Ozzie Gordon and his number is 0409 459 827. Tell him Seldo
sent you. he charges between $120 -160 per wheel depending on how bad it is.

Just had a couple of mine touched up recently, have used Ozzie Gordon before, he does quality work, however I think he only services the North Sydney area, most recently used a guy who used to work with Gordon, his company is called On Spot Repair - 0478007706, charges about the same.

There's a place in Artarmon called Alloypro - I've only seen their sigm from the freeway so don't know about quality of work and cost.

Like AussieM3 said, note the difference between cracked and curb rash. If it is actually cracked, like along the barrel or spokes etc.. then the wheel is only really fit for the bin. Unsafe to repair such damage, and even once repaired, cracks may reappear as the wheel has been compromised.

Thank"s allot guys, I'll give the Gordon bloke a call and see what's what.

And yup one of the wheels it's cracked right near the air hose is. I can buy another rim from America for 350 shipped worst case scenario but I don't know if they are exact same wheels.

I might just get a pair of black CSl"s of eBay if it's going to be more tile consuming as my M3 has been I'n the works for over 5 months !! And I don't intend on waiting any longer

You're not going to get any genuine wheel for $350 shipped, and I hope you aren't considdering putting replica wheels on an M3?

It's a original competition rim, it's need"s repainting and I think it has a few gutter scratches. And I've been buying from this guy for a while and he tends to give me good prices on M3 parts

Yes he is for a second hand wheel, the US market is crap at the moment and an E46 M3 is a 12K car for a 2001 model

And I am sure you also wish the minimum wage was US$7 per hour and no medical insurance and no social security, etc.

No, I know we're one of the luckier countries in the world for our health and social systems, so I guess we'll just have to keep paying for all of our little luxuries and for governments that keep blowing it away. I'll just have to keep waiting until the day I have enough spare cash to afford an M.

one comes with the other unfortunately.

So suck it up sunshine and move on, or run to be an elected representative and change it.
