Braking issue

I just got back home from work and i heard very tiny metal to metal sound coming from the brake just after release the hand brake. That sound was stick with me for a couple of kms, then its gone. I tried to push the brake and it doesn't make any sound. But then i tried to pull up the hand brake on the red light, drove slowly on the green light and...... that sound screws up my ear again.
I tried to touch the brake rotor and the surface was not really smooth (little bit wavy). Based on my knowledge, BMW have the brake light on the cluster when the brake pad approaching its lifetime.

Note : That sound wasn't loud so i had to hold the clutch or put it on neutral to hear the sound.
