All those are different than deads though. No reason to ever drop a deadlift. I've never seen any strength coach say anything different.

I love having douche bag rec center employees and policies...
can't even bench 135lbs without having clips on the ends... anytime any machine makes more than a "clack" sound when the weight comes back, they come over and scold you. ![]()

nah, i would never drop a dealift. might as well do the extra half set and get some more work in and drop it slow. should be slow down+explode up anyway.

haha damn really? when i go to my regular gym sometimes ill drop dumbells or the bar will hit the ground. but the gym is so big i dont think anyone really cares/hears it.

We never dropped deadlifts at Xfit. Anything finishing overhead got dropped.

Started on creatine and fish oil today (not sure how much to take of fish oil and if I should load on the creatine). Label says 1-2 pills with every meal. I'm going to be taking a scoop of my jacked before working out just to see if there is any noticeable difference. I'm usually against it because it keeps me up at night but that doesn't matter tonight. I'll also be adding a scoop of opt nutrition whey to my pwo milk along with 5g of creatine. Do you guys see a point in adding dextrose or is there already enough sugar in the milk?

Just take 1-2 pills a day...5g creatine pwo, or before bed with dextrose and make sure to increase water consumption.

really only 2 pills a day? hmm. I know people usually suggest more. Yea I def need to drink more water. I get a lot from milk but I don't drink enough in between because I always feel bloated. I need to get some damn lactase pills on my lunch break.
