wiper washer fluid

Today it is 28 in Milwaukee and we have frost on the windows. Tried to squirt some water on my windows but it isn't coming out. The only place is on the headlights and froze after that. Are the lines frozen or do I have to replace something. Everything under the hood looks ok.

It unfroze this afternoon when the temp got to about 38. I am wondering if the solution froze in the lines?

Even if you have winter windshield washer solvent in the reservoir, in colder temps it can freeze or jell in the hoses and in the nozzles and will only work slightly above freezing. Make sure you fill the reservoir with just winter washer solvent, adding no water (drain the reservoir if you have a mix, this will help).
