This is what I'm looking for. Steel Grey, doesn't really matter for interior color, would prefer cinnamon leather though it is hard to find. Still undecided on transmission. Must have sunroof, HID's and power seats. And miles somewhere under 40k. Let me know what you have and how much. Thanks.

I'm selling my 2003 E46 M3 if you're interested. It's Sterling Grey, which is a couple shades lighter than Steel Grey with black interior. It's got painted reflectors, painted fog light trim and painted headlight trim. It's also got 28% tint and UUC aluminum pedals. Other than that it's stock with 17,700 miles. I have an 02 Steel Grey Cab with Cinnamon leather. Fully optioned with 19's , SMG, Nav, H/K, Xenons, C/D changer dual power seats, factory alarm, clear bra, and several others I'm missing. New Pilots on back, and a well cared for FL car that is in the garage every night. 13xxx miles on the car, all service is up to date including any TSB's. I use Maguiars on the paint, Mobil 93 in the tank and Castro TWS 10-60 in the engine (at $8/ quart) Car is what it attempts to be- A straight up deal on a cosmeticly and mechanically perfect ride with the desired color combo.
