I may make it, but you probably don't want an old fart like me hanging around.

you certainly remind me of the time I started organizing car meets back in 2002
there are many people told me the same too.
But Im telling you now as I did back then: It doesn't matter if you are old or young, you are always welcome to hang out with us

(that's how I lure them into my car meets )

Hehe. Yeah, I may make it. Depends upon work (prepping for a global meeting in mid Jan).

I know what you mean about organizing car meets. I organized the first Texas GTG for the Nissan SE-R folks way back in 97. I used to host a GTG for the SE-R folks at my house the day after Thanksgiving every year for about 5-6 years. One time we had over 20 cars. We did a lot of wrenching and did just about everything but engine swaps and turbo installs. One year we did 2 or 3 sets of cams in my driveway. Then, we'd feed everyone the Thanksgiving leftovers.

Ouch, I just noticed the date. That is the day our global meeting for work starts. I may be able to show up briefly, but I need to check into the hotel (yes, I live 20 mins from the hotel, but my boss wants me to stay there with everyone else ) early afternoon.

How's it going bro? Yeah, that was me at Macy's. There almost every weekend. My wife pretty much has me living there. Have my own private parking spot.
