I am, and thank you for that link I actually spoke with them about CF door panels before and the dash is great - I would need to have them leave it blank and not cut out for the openings though...I will look more into it thanks man, would save from recovering the dash

Its that time and my girl supports my work and my hobbies more than I could ever ask for...She deserves more than I could ever give her, but I believe a Porsche on her finger is a great sign of my affection haha...That being said, she would have been fine with a plastic quarter machine ring...We are also building her an OG mini cooper S which will be built to match my car for a his/hers feature - I will get a build thread up on this one as soon as things settle down from our travels.

Sorry for the delay with replying, I posted the thread from Hawaii and toured the islands for 2 weeks - Just walked back in the door an hour ago to go through the thread!

I should have the engine cover, studs, good many other odds and ends coming in very soon. I will update as frequently as I can, just nag at me if I am taking too long - itll motivate me ha!

Here are a few shots from the trip to share with everyone while checking in...I will request feedback on paint / wheel finish as time grows closer :

I like when you talk dirty, keep it up!

You guys on this forum along with members around the interweb have always been my inspiration with cars...whether its spray bombing a set of wheels or just lowering a car to the point of danger...much respect for everyone keeping the wheels turning...my turn?

This was my inspiration for the floor pan...I saw this car at DC11 - the interior was just as clean as the exterior...I want to do more work with the dash/door panels/cage/seats but looking at the floor work you get the idea.

Sorry ha! I have spent the last couple of days removing parts and also part of my rear quarter to prepare for the custom rear! I will get some updated pictures within the next week for you guys of the front fenders bolted up / bumper / rear bumper / possibly sides and my poor rear quarter panels missing a flare!

I will be leaving for NYC on Monday - so will post pics once there of its current form...The wheels will be made while I am gone to NY for 1 month so should have updates on those as soon as I return. Since I cant tinker from NY I will be ordering more mods while there so I can atleast share those updates until back with the car.

Anyone searching for a CSL console with all of the oem fixins? I leave for NYC Monday and will be carrying the console & parts, mirrors, nav and panelling along with a few other parts with me to ship from the city if anyone is to buy.

Removing the rear flares is a pain in the ass - I have been at it all day...during the process have a stranger driving a dodge truck stop by being nosy and telling me he did body work his entire life 20 years back.... Continued to tell me that i shouldnt be cutting a part of my quarter panel off because I may need that - then he looks at the Flossman 1/4 and says "these aint even welded on here" - I say "those "aint" metal, they are carbon fiber and they are glassed onto the metal 1/4...."Oh, well you shouldnt cut into the pan......" I cut him off to say "I am busy doing something I shouldnt be doing so please leave me to it"

Mine ya biniss!

Thank you - I do like hearing that...it could be worse, it could be better I enjoy material things, but really only care for my lady bc without her all of this would mean nothing to me (btw, she helps me when working on the car..cant beat that!)

Thank you - The best compliment someone can receive is admiration / respect and/or someone saying they are inspired.
