Car sounds like jet when starting up.

Hey guys! I'm new to the forums (long time browser though!). I've searched and search but I haven't been able to find any information on my problem. When I cold start my car, a fan comes on and makes a loud, airplane like sound. Once the engine is warmed up, the fan shuts off and car sounds normal. Any ideas? I'm thinking it's something with the bearings in the hvac fan but, it's just a guess. Thanks!

Is it a hissing sort of sound? I'm pretty sure the secondary air pump is making that on start ups.

No hissing at all. I'll try and post a video link this afternoon of the sound.
