Chorizo tacos

1 package of 6 chorizo sausages
1 jalapeño
Half packet of taco seasoning
Shredded mexican cheese
Taco shells

Tossed sausage in food processor
Tossed jalapeño on processor
Cooked in skillet, added a bit of water and seasoning. I just added mrs renfros habenero salsa.

I just had cabeza tacos the other night for the first time - f'ing awesome. I think it's all the meat they can scrape from the skull, including cheeks and salivary glands. They fried it up on the grill until it was crispy. Also had tongue tacos, which I've had before but I remembered why I haven't ordered them in 10 years.

for chorizo yes I'm chopping it. i've never had chorizo not chopped. it came in a packet of 6 full size sausages.

Made them, enjoyed them.

Update: My b-hole hurts. Also, it could have been that I wasn't extremely hungry last night, but these felt heavier in my stomach than normal ground beef. I haven't eaten a lot today so I'll see if they go down the same tonight.
