Take over lease...

I'm downgrading my car due to purchase of my 3rd home. Would like to free up alittle bit of money each month. Looking for someone to take over my current lease. Here's the details:

02' 330Ci
Alpine white/black interior
5spd manual tranny
sport package
cold weather package
bi-xenon headlights
sunroof
29,000 miles

I have 12 months left on the lease with 16,000 miles remaining. Payments are $569.44 a month. Current buyout is $29,400. So if you want to buy the car, you can take over the lease and immediately buy it out from BMW financial for that price. Lease ends 4/1/05. Person who takes over the lease will keep my $600 security deposit at lease end and as an added incentive, I'm leaving in the Pioneer 7" LCD monitor w/ built in DVD/CD player and Pioneer DVD/Navigation unit. Cost me $2,500 approximately 9 months ago and I also had the adaptor installed for the steering wheel controls.
