Judging form the times they posted, he just might have. Ferrari definitely owned the practice session. Hopefully Williams can hone in the walrus and get some respectable times. Hopefully this won't turn out like early last season. I remember one of Williams's solutions to the FW25 stability problems was to dial in a lot of camber. Qualifying is gonna be on Speed Channel tonight. I'd say McLaren seems to be having more problems than Williams at this point. But then again, the season has just started and they haven't raced yet. As always, Ferrari is ready to own.
I am not sure how much I like this 1 engine per driver per weekend. If you remember, last year there were quite a few teams that had significant reliability problems. But then again, they usually were in the back anyways.

McLaren is getting off to a bad start. Think Williams last year. That's good for us, Kimi's too damn good to have a competitive car!
The "walrus" design is designed to take advantage of the car's new twin-keel mounting of the lower wishbones. The nature of a twin-keel suspension allows more air to be channeled for underbody downforce, so the walrus front allows for more air to get through. Source: http://scarbsf1.com/twinkeels.html |
