Non-M 6spd transmission and boost reliability?

Anyone with a 6spd 330 running more than 300whp and 300wtq have any transmission problems?

345whp/300wtq. 112k miles/50k miles boosted. Changed gear oil 1x/yr with royal purple synchromesh and the last change with RL MTL.

No major issues but my 2nd gear synchro has some wear...little hard to shift into 2nd quickly. I have to slide it in...only a minor niggle.
