Speaker Question!

I'm really considering BSW's stage 1. Before you tell me i wont be satisfied i know i know they probably are a waste of money but im just really intimidated by all the crossover/ohms/power/wiring crap so i think they are a good route for me.

With that out of the way, i'm almost positive im going to purchase the mid-range and mid-range/tweeter combo from them, i would get the whole stage one but their middbass for the front doors and rear deck are out of stock and i don't think they'll ever be back to be honest (its been months).

REAL QUESTION: So i'm sure its been asked a million times but are their any other replacements for the rear deck and front door speakers that are relatively easy to install and will sound good? thanks for your time
