My Ride: 2003 BMW 325xi
Problems with 325xi

Hey guys so I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with my 2003 325xi. It randomly chugs and you can here this from the exhaust so I'm thinking it's not transmission. It also has stalled several times when I put it in reverse after starting it ( it has stalled when my car has been both hot and cold). Also, I took it to Autozone because the service engine light has been on and I got a lot of codes. The car has detected that all six cylinders have misfired and that both bank one and bank 2 systems are too lean (P0171, P0174). My car also said that the evaporative emission control system purge control valve is open (P0444), although I think that this is a separate issue. I recently had white smoke coming out my exhaust in November at high revs and thought it could be a CCV valve problem, but once I drove it on a long drive and started garaging it to keep it out of the cold, the smoke stopped and hasn't come back.
I'm not sure if this is related to my recent problems, but I would appreciate any suggestions.
