My Ride: 2005 M3 Coupe
Just got my car dyno'd today - I'm happy with the numbers, but they don't really seem to make sense for an S54... Engine is stock with the exception of headers (OEM Euro headers + cats). Tune is the latest available European tune. The numbers seem high to me (especially torque), but the other cars there weren't really off. There was another stock-ish M3 there, but I left before it got on the rollers. Not sure if he's a member here or not

Car: 2005 M3 (S54B32)
Mods: European headers w/ european cata in midpipe
Results: 307.5whp/281.2wtq
Dyno type: Dynocom

btw before anyone mentions it, I know the tech was lifting off early. Also ignore the crank calculations - it seems like they assumed an absurdly low drivetrain loss (~9%)

That is quite possibly the worst dyno sheet I have ever seen

They are very difficult to view. I've never even heard of this dyno type before now.

^ It's a dynojet, not a Dyno Dynamics.

I'll be getting the .drf on Monday so I can play with it.

I'll be dynoing again at the same place. once I get supersprint headers, underdrive pulleys, and tune the car myself. Just got to decide which base tune I want to start of with, US or EURO.

This is a baseline dyno I just did 30mins ago. Knew it was going to be off its been 6yrs since the last dyno on this car, next step is to get it tuned. My AFR is crappy, its all over the place. Possibly a tuning issue, or the stock fuel pump is dying/reached its performance limit. So ill have to look into it further. Im confident the car can put down more power than this. Peak hp was at 6psi boost, I kept building over 8psi boost but fuel leaned out at the top end. The damn shop cant email me the files, so ill scan the dyno sheet in just a minute.

Image isn't uploading. Going by your description I'm going to guess a 350 gm engine swapped into it though?

Don't know what a 350 is. It's an E46 coupe with a 5.7 LS1

5.7L = 350 cubic inches of displacement

Nice numbers though. That Torque is insane. How aggressive are the cams that you're running?

We don't use cu inches in UK hence I have no idea what a 350 was!

It's a Thunderacing cam

"LS2 CheaTR" - 215/230 .629/.592 117 LSA. Off Idle-6800 RPM Power Band.

Next time know that here in the USA we have search engines where you can find conversion sites to figure cubic inches to liters.
For the search challenged and attitude prone, try this:

This was my first run with this car. Bought her back in November and haven't changed anything, yet... It's a good baseline to start. I'm satisfied.
