I must resist temptations to mod the wagon (remind you of anyone?). I don't want to lose any more of the sleeper look. Some of it got lost with the M-Tech bumper, CSL wheels, and the roof spoiler.

This is an excellent write-up of the new M550d Sedan...but imagine it in touring!!

Here are some spoilers: 50 psi, variable geometry turbos (all three), 0-60 in 4.5, top speed is 185 MPH, and hwy MPG is 40+ MPG. Sweet Jesus.

how much heavier is the wagon? How would you compare the handling qualities of a modded touring (let's say coilovers and sways) to a ZHP?

The car is about 150 pounds heavier than the sedan and while I cannot speak for anything modded, my xi handles rather well

and doesnt have the magical 50.50 weight distribution - but its like 47./52.
