$8500 is a fair price for what has been done to it. First, Everyone knows bmw sell for higher then their kbb price. Second, Sure you can find a 330xi beat up with no attention to it but your gonna end up spending money in the long run fixing everything that ive already done plus if you have a craze for modding you'll put money into that too. Sure 158k might scare some people that aren't familiar with bmw but once you drive it, the car will speak for itself.
