WTB: Ebrake/Parking Brake Lever assembly

Please let me know if any of you guys have this part. Just need the assembly:pic attached of what I need.

I have Black Leather Interior on a 2002 330ci.

My e-brake won't lock into place because it lost a spring or something inside the assembly. So I figured replacing the whole lever assembly would just be easier. Thanks in advance.

Had to replace my Ebrake mechanism. It is the result of one of the teeth bending and not holding the spring position. The part was about $80. Tried to fix it one time, but that fix only last 5 months
