Busy busy weekend, worked 30 hrs and had 3 hockey games. I tried my best to stick to my diet, but being so busy really cramped on my time to eat clean and maintain calories, definitely added some more bread, dairy and red meat in my diet to compensate for that. Playing hockey as a goalie getting 30-50 shots a game I burn easily 2000 cals. I strapped on a heart monitor for a two hour practice: burned 4500 cals.
This will probably be my last week of cutting, I'm only going to be more pressed for time with mid-terms coming up and it will be even harder to get all the calories I need and eat clean. I'm pretty happy with my progress, I'm sitting at 174 today, I'm going to get my bf measured tomorrow. I think if I would continue to cut for another 8-10 weeks like I would for a comp, I think I would get to a good competition bf. Last edited by DILLA; 02-28-2012 at 12:31 AM. |

I had an ex who had mirror sliding doors over her closet, this was so tempting all the time. Haha yea my calves aren't horribly small, but I get that all the time. I'm flat footed too so that makes my calves look longer and smaller. |

As much as it would take to stand with your legs slightly bent. I had just finished a hockey game so they are pretty saturated.

hoping I can see some differences. I don't have nearly the cuts you have but I'm finally getting a little more shape. 5 months ago my legs were skinny as hell. I remember measuring along with goygoi or whatever his name was and we both had 22" thighs. I'm at 23.5 now and that was with one month very light dealing with my injury.

I'm not sure being flat footed negatively impacts your calves. I'm 100% flat footed - not even a hint of an arch - and I had good calves even before I started working out.

yea I've had a few people say I look a little bigger. I notice some things more than others. I'd like to have bigger arms so I think I will be adding some isolation stuff in to hit them hard. Even though I know they grew a little from everything else. I just get bigger but not more muscular looking if that makes sense. I don't have that natural look. Maybe with more time and dieting I will though. Can't assume it until I actually stick with it for a long time.
