Busy busy weekend, worked 30 hrs and had 3 hockey games. I tried my best to stick to my diet, but being so busy really cramped on my time to eat clean and maintain calories, definitely added some more bread, dairy and red meat in my diet to compensate for that. Playing hockey as a goalie getting 30-50 shots a game I burn easily 2000 cals. I strapped on a heart monitor for a two hour practice: burned 4500 cals.
This will probably be my last week of cutting, I'm only going to be more pressed for time with mid-terms coming up and it will be even harder to get all the calories I need and eat clean. I'm pretty happy with my progress, I'm sitting at 174 today, I'm going to get my bf measured tomorrow. I think if I would continue to cut for another 8-10 weeks like I would for a comp, I think I would get to a good competition bf.
