I believe this is state by state. Some states have a no-fault clause.

We do not have shared investments. I would have to move, because her father is buying our home (wedding gift). But I would be forever alone...

Have you asked her what she thinks of raising a child in such a home?

She does not think it would be an issue, she says she would keep it away from our home.

why do you feel you would be alone man... self esteem... ??? sucks you have no financial assets in the situation. have you guys considered marriage counseling. i think a true convo needs to come out as to what is going on in both your minds... also dont forget, even if you are not in a threesome, you are when you and the wife are intimate... id be wrapping it big time.

too bad as it is an issue... whether under your roof or not, it is an affair and your daughter is alot smarter than you guys think. your wife must think pigs can fly if it would not be an issue. we already know it is an issue for you.

Yeah, like Tex says. It would be an issue, sooner or later. Honestly man you may want to consider walking away from this sooner than later.

Just took a quick look at the divorce laws for TX. Seems you're only option would be no-fault divorce and that means the sooner you get out the more of your stuff you'll keep.

someone feel free to correct if I'm wrong.

Where I would normally tell you to capitalize on the situation, being in a marriage w a little girl is rough. If the divorced was based on a cheating spouse, she wouldn't be given custody of the child.

I don't have rights because her DAD still has some custody rights, so I have no right to her if it was to go to court. All of this is very doubtful at this point because we are still in love.

I must have missed the part where you said you are not the biological father, sorry. You may still be in love, but she openly admitted to the yearning for a female partner. She said she wouldn't do the 3some near her daughter or at home, but that may also go for her personal straying actions.

Well, shit. I was typing up an epic novel of a PM, re-read it, thought it would be offensive, and canned it.

If you want, I'll have that MFF threesome with your woman. See my original PM.

Wait a sec. I'm confused.

Not your daughter. Your wife in the country only since August '11. How long have you been married? Known each other?

August of 2010. My wife has a 7 year old daughter from previous marriage. I don't call her daughter my stepdaughter, I think of her as my daughter. She spends maybe a month out of the year with her dad. Anyways, I met my wife in 2008, I think. It was at a friend's wedding she was a bridesmaid. She just move here a couple months before we got married.

And you had no idea until she told you "you're ok being married to a gay wife"?
