Thanks, I'd say around 1100 in these motors and things are gonna go south. But I'm just saying, nothing to back that up.

Pics from inside the header flange on j_blocks old ebay headers.

Thanks James

I know bb headers were not just a pipe in a hole like this.

Wonder if someone has any BB headers laying around? They could take a picture? Correct, I never stated the BB headers looked like that picture. I stated they took a dremel/grinder to grind down that edge of the pipe. http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=867788 Do the research kids!

Sorry for the late responds on the pictures that was requested. They are welded in the inside and grind down per our request.

Also, all sets is lazer etch with SN.

Very good pictures! I didn't know they were all numbered. I stand corrected the headers do appear to be welded from the inside then ground down. This was nothing personal, just good forum discussion! Thanks BB for posting these pictures!

thanks Anthony! Those are exactly like the ones I installed. I also read the thread, about that guy. To me it seemed like you worked with him more than you had to. A+

I appreciate you.

Can't Wait for the new headers.

And xi, just like you said. No hard feelings, let's get all the correct info out there
