proper fitment

hi gang, i am new the BMW world, just took delivery of a 2001 M3 vert this week.

I have done my research and have a question regarding fittment. I contemplating buying a used set of rims from this forum. But on the same hand, i am a little worried about used also.

Could you please review the fitment below and let me know what issues i could be running into. the offset seems wrong Vs the OEm specs.
thanks in advance for your input.

Those look like E90 specs - I'm curious if these will fit an E46 as well.

Rears will fit no problems. Fronts will be a bit tight, but you're only doing 235/35 on the tire so you can make it work. Still may need a roll and some camber though. Low-mid 30s in the offset would be more ideal if you're looking to match the rears in aggressiveness.
