My 3er had two accidents and neither were on Carfax. I know for a fact at least one of those accidents went to the DMV though. I would never take a Carfax report as gospel, but they're still a nice guidline.

AutoCheck = Junk!

This car was in a major accident (~$12,000 insurance claim) and another ~$6,000 claim:
http://moonhonda.com/inventory/autoc...am5330xkg06957

This car had severe damage when I sold it including a buckled roof, buckled floor and structural damage:
http://moonhonda.com/inventory/autoc...de21j1yw371134

According to this site "There have been no accidents reported to AutoCheck" and both apparently qualifiy for buyback protection
