Yes and No. Only difference is where it contacts the bottom edge on each side of the bumper if you can kinda picture out what I mean. The M3 is more of a half moon shape at the bottom heading towards the center of the bumper; where as the Mtech would be squared off where it ends 1/3 from the edge.

This lip is made specifically for the Mtech II bumper. So fitment-wise, no mods necessary other than lining it up and securing it on.
