Walking dead -zombie series on amc (Possible Spoilers: Read at your own risk)

If The Doc told Rick about them all turning when they die wouldn't he not turn his back to a dead shane? I'm up in the air on that theory.

Also, why didn't Dale turn, what about the girl that killed herself?

Dale was shot in the head, brain damage kills zombies, or disallows them from turning in the first place.

The girl never killed herself, she only attempted suicide.


I'm pretty sure everyone is basically infected... the reason why Rick turned his back on Shane is because you cannot tell when the person is going to turn, could be a few minutes to several, and he was more worried about Carl at the time.

Rick definitely knows... remember when Rick was in the bar and killed the fat Philly guy? He went up to his already dead body and put one in his dome... I don't think he would use the bullet for no reason. The Dr. definitely told him everyone is infected... he wasn't looking for a cure for people who were bitten, he was looking for a cure for the remaining living people.


Maybe this is why the series is called "The Walking Dead," not literally referring to the walkers, but about the survivors who are technically all infected.

Didn't expect Rick to actually kill Shane, but when they showed the far shot of them paced apart on the hill with the moon in the background you knew sh!t was about to go down. As for the virus, it doesn't have to be airborne, they all come into physical contact with infected corpses and bodily fluids nearly every episode.

Ok that was my theory too. It makes sense. He definitely knows what's up and the best indication is the guy in the bar.

This is all a dream and Rick wakes up at the end of the series back in his hospital bed nursing his gunshot wound. How big of a fvck you would that be to all of us ?

No.....its called The Walking Dead because thats what the book is called. In the book its not a airborne virus like on the show.

The whole whisper secret thing can possibly be 2 things. Like everyone mentioned, he whispered into Rick ear that they are all infected or he told Rick that his wife is pregnant and that Shane is the father...(remember he did some blood work on them). Think about that one. When Rick wife confessed, Rick said I know...and also like mentioned above if Rick knew everyone was infected already he would have killed Shane by making sure his head was shot or stabbed.

Next episode coming up will defiantly tell us what the scientist said according to the producer of the show.

Also, do you remember the scene where Rick was up in the barn window with Carl and giving him the "childhood talk". He told Carl he needed to carry the pistol for now on and that eventually he (Rick) will die, lori will die, etc. The only way to keep living is to stay one step ahead of death. Interesting.

Definitely thought Rick and Shane were going to have an old school duel when they got to the field. Instead Shane was going to murder him in cold blood, glad he finally got what was coming.

Also giving Carl a gun is about the dumbest thing I can think of. I wouldn't trust him or his mom with a permanent marker, let alone a weapon.

Shane was the much needed antagonist. I hope that somebody properly fills his shoes.
