Enco B046 - Dynavin Clone

Does the igo 2.0 come with Canada maps? Oh and what is dvnus20bmwBasic? I ordered mine 2 weeks ago. I messaged Jolly, she said they are going to ship it tonight hopefully.

Ok I downloaded the 2.0 but I'm still having problems with it, it won't connect to GPS

have you tried to do a reset on the radio,or a gps reset? what type of buildings should show up on 2.0,i have them all but havent seen any show up like in the above picture.and the building setting is turned on.unless i have to be in a big city im not sure.

Go outside and drive around for about 5 minutes. Try and make lots of turns and be out in the open away from tall buildings.

It also showed Texas for me when I first started using it. After a quick drive in the neighborhood, it calibrated to my state.

Anyone pick up a tv tuner to use with this unit in the states? Curious what you may have chosen... I saw the Dynavin site sells one for use over seas...

I have pretty much have what I need for install at this point except some beer,lol .... relocation bracket, flush mount usb cable but just researching and thinking it out a bit. I want to make sure i don't install then decide to add anything else in that I'll need to pull the unit back out to run connections...

lol, always a bit of a learning curve with new things.... I've been spending a little time here and there trying to dial in on any extras to include during the install... after taking another look at the B146 unit,, I guess I can just connect a tv antenna but not sure if I will get worthy reception or not... doing some google searches to see what I can find. I'll probably install next weekend... I think it will definitely tighten up my interior. I currently have a retracting kendwood monitor. The flush mount will not look out of place.

The new monitor is slightly smaller though... but it's all good.

I have researched about this as igo maps are not available for the Philippines so I have no other choice but to look for an alternative. The Dynavin seems to be ok with other like Papago and Garmin Xt etc. As long as they cn run on winCE, they should run on the enco too. This also goes for all chinese made gps. Try searching on GPSunderground.

just wanted to share that I got my Enco B146 unit can't wait to install the unit.

I hope mine shows this week. Lots of car plans for next weekend. Unfortunately, I paid Friday night. Some people claimed three days from payment.. maybe I'll luck out.


OH YAH.. forgot to mention. Western Union was not the END of the world. It was annoying, yes. It is uncalled for. But, it's better than paying and extra $70 for PAYPAL fees, I guess.

im thinking of getting the b046, but a while back i heard the wifi was not compatible. are the current shipments wifi compatible now?
also, are there two different usb sticks for wifi and 3g? is it possible to plug in both at the same time and use either or?

Hey Guys, I Don't have an Enco, but I did install my Dynavin earlier this week. Just wanted to share some Ideas and Install options that I used. I guess these units are pretty much the same. Of course if they are not then some of these Ideas may not work. Either way. The Dynavin has two USB's and a Headphone (for AUX purposes) these come out of the back and can be extended. Below is a picture of two usb and one headphone Aux jack that I extended to the back portion of my Euro tray. I also extended the Ipod input to the inside of my euro tray. There is also the picture of the backup camera that I in stalled in the trunk Keyhole. Like I said I don't know if the Encos have all these inputs but if they do. here are some options. One of the USB's is connected to the CD/DVD/AUX board so you can play music files from a USB. the other USB is connected to the nav board. I guess for updates and such. either way I extended them both so I had access to them without having to remove the radio again. if you have any questions, let me know.

No, apparently the wifi is still not working but I'm not entirely sure what that issue is. I just emailed Jolly and she said they won't be fixing the android wifi for the next few months (according to her boss).
