18x8.5 ET38 18x9.5 ET35 with 235/40F and 265/35R
I used the ZHP 6 speed trans, the drive shaft needed to be trimmed a little and the master mechanic confirmed it is slightly off. That piece will go back to that drive shaft shop to get fixed and then it'll be on.

This is a great thread. Sick of people asking if they should put an S54 in their car, then we all answer to just buy an M3. You didn't ask. You just did it and it's amazing. I love that it's a sedan. Sleepers are fun. Great car man.

Best E46 sedan ever. Awesome build!
Since you swapped the rear end, I presume you've got the M3 rear brakes, did you leave your front brakes as stock? |

so it took a while for the driveshaft shop to get it right, but it's done no more vibration. Also lowered it on the Hotchkis Springs and went back to oem M3 motor mounts. The BimmerWorld were to much for me initially, maybe in time I'll go back to them. With the drive shaft slightly out of balance and the solid motor mounts initially it made me crazy paranoid of Noise in the cabin so I also had RRT install a bunch of sound deadener underneath the exhaust and driveshaft area's. Additionally, I had to get 3mm machined off the rear rims with trim & rework the rear fenders a bit to get these 18x9.5 with now 38offset and 265/35 Michelin Pilot Super Sports to fit. Anyways, I'm loving this car it's so sweet to drive. Drives amazing feeling very planted and sounds amazing too. It's not over the top loud, but it is definitely unique. Anyways, here are some pictures, I'll get some better quality soon

I saw this car at RRT two weeks ago while making a desperate parts run as one of our cars broke down on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Beautiful machine!
