Did this client's interior with carbon vinyl, and deleted his window surround chrome in a matte black!

2008 E90 328xi



We deleted the dated woodgrain trim with some 3M 1080 carbon vinyl - centre console, door trim and dash. Rather than doing the ashtray in the same fashion, we went with the matte black to contrast to the rest of the trim (radio/dash/arm rest area). All in all looks much cleaner IMO.

Also blacked out the 328xi with plast-dip.

Definitely subscribed to this thread! I just got my 325Ci Arctic Silver and Im thinking of buying a carbon fiber hood and trunk but its reallllllyyyyy expensive! So I thought maybe I would vinyl wrap it. How much would it cost me to have my hood and trunk done in cf? Im in montreal by the way so real easy for me to get there if you need to do an estimate. Those bimmers are dope!

I've heard that vinyl wrapping is for the most part cheaper than a full paint job. Could you verify that...?
I have a '03 330 Xi in a colour I don't particularly like, I was planing on changing it to Sotho g that better reflects me...

If you can, through me some values and time frame on a complete outside wrap job... Ohh, I'm in Toronto, so I'll have to go to your shop, preferably on a Friday or Saturday.
